My review is very low, first because, after only 5 months of use, the multiple posts on the top shelf have rust. Secondly, because it is not covered under warranty. After 5 months I can't even trust that a product I purchased for $700 would be of good quality and the company won't even stand behind it. Will be sure to stay clear of Frigidaire in the future.

We re coming from a GE dishwasher that was installed by the builder. Since we started to used our Frigidaire Dishwasher we have enjoyed the silenced and how clean our wine glasses are. I feel it's a great balance between price and quality.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy this dishwasher had mine for three months top element fell caught fire they sent somebody out a week later and say they replaced seven parts another week later refused to replace the whole dishwasher even after catching fire!

Had this a relatively short time. 2 major issues. The main circuit board had to be replaced. The spray arm fell off and melted to the bottom heating element. Filled the room with smoke.

Super easy to install! I love that the buttons are on top and you cannot see them because they are hidden under the countertop. I absolutely love the dual sprayers on top rack and bottom rack. My dishes come out sparkling clean and dry. I am so happy I chose Frigidaire for all my appliances. Much more of an affordable price compare to others and your products a built well! Overall so happy with upgrading all of my kitchen appliances.

BOUGHT NEW GALLERY DISHWASHER IN OCTOBER 2021---STOPPED WORKING IN JULY OF 2022--TOOK TILL SEPT OF 2022 TO GET A REPAIR APPOINTMENT. AS OF TODAY JAN. 24, 2023 I HAVE HAD 7 SCHEDULED REPAIR APPT. AND IT IS STILL BROKEN. 4 OF THE 7 WERE NO SHOWS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCT. I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. We are pleased with the new dishwasher. It seems to have more room than our last and the dishwasher seems to clean the dishes better. When you buy smudge proof you never know but this appliance is exactly what they said it was. Great Purchase.

I am so sad that I purchased this dishwasher. One of the main reasons I bought the dishwasher is that it has a top rack only cycle. To my dismay, the top rack doesn't lower enough to accommodate silverware. Although the dishwasher looks nice, the interior feel cheap and flimsy. I do, however, appreciate that it is not very loud.

The good: nice exterior design and user interface.The bad: Poor design of the door closing latch has led to many frustrations. The latch has had to be repaired several times to get the door to close so the dishwasher could cycle. Additionally, poor design of the racks does not allow for efficient stacking of dishes, especially on the upper rack.

We bought this dishwasher less than a year ago an it died already. Our local dealer couldn't get a new circuit board so I called Frigidaire myself an all they told me was sorry about your luck we won't have any of those cards until December. So I basically have a 1k dish box that does nothing under my counter. I would highly discourage anyone from buying this unit unless you want your own 1k pile of junk.

My old dishwasher was so bad I cleaned most dishes by hand. This new Frigidaire one works amazing finally clean dishes and I have had zero issues with it so far. If I do have issues I will update this review. I bought the matching range.

I have never owned a dishwasher before so it took some getting used to. Just me so I am used to waking by hand. However, since having it, it has been wonderful to have an appliance I can set and walk away from and know that it will do what I need. It is an added value.

Once I figured out the settings it works pretty well. For some reason the default setting was cold water, which didn't actually clean the dishes! But even at the hottest settings, the dishes don't dry well.

I™™m still figuring out the detergent amount to use with our well water and septic system to avoid the random grit on the back of the clean dishes. It looks like undissolved soap particles. Otherwise, I really like how it looks and think it works well in other respects. Unfortunately the technician who installed it, did it crooked, which I didn™™t notice until much later, I thought I™™d leave it to make sure everything worked before I called to have it straightened out, but I don™™t want the same person because he didn™™t seem to be very happy when he was here.

The interior doesn™™t seem as easy to load as our old one. Harder to get as many pans in it. Touch pad controls not as easy to setup. Maybe we will get used to it soon.

We replaced our dishwasher with the same kind a few months ago. The previous one broke, it wouldn't drain and would stop mid cycle. It was only 3 years old. This was the only one we could get in a reasonable time frame and match the rest of our kitchen. It was decently priced so we went with the same kind. Hopefully this one will last longer.

This dishwasher does a wonderful job at cleaning (haven™™t had a washed dish come out dirty yet)! It™™s very quiet, compared to our old Frigidaire model. Sometimes I have to walk into the kitchen just to check to see if it™™s running lol, which it always is! It has a nice choice of washing and drying options to choose from, which I love. It™™s also very easy to use! I like that the buttons (buttons are not raised™¦it™™s a flat surface that you just push) are on the top lip of the dishwasher door so that when it™™s closed, they don™™t show. That makes the dishwasher look very sleek. A feature I like that it has is it also shows you how long a cycle will be depending on the options you choose. Overall, it™™s a great dishwasher for under $600! Aside from all the good, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because the bottom rack rolls back into the dishwasher by about 4 inches (see picture with ruler) when loading or unloading, even though the dishwasher door is opened as far as it can go (the rack obviously sits on the dishwasher door when open). It doesn™™t matter if it™™s empty or fully loaded, it still rolls back in. This is kind of an annoyance when trying to load silverware in the last slot or when trying to put in a bigger dish in the back of the rack. I have to hold the rack from rolling back in while I™™m trying to put a heavy dish in. Maybe my dishwasher door is flawed or it just needs to ™settle™ more over time to prevent the rack from sliding? Not sure. However, I consider this a minor issue and am overall pleased with my purchased.

Within a month, the soldered part with wheels on bottom rack fell off. The appliance also completely quit working. Both complaints were logged for the warranty call which was rescheduled 3 times. Nothing was done about the defective bottom rack during the warranty visit. I was told to buy another rack because it wasn™™t covered. I find it hard to swallow that a soldered part falling off a new appliance is my responsibility. My builder only offered Frigidaire appliances but I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance again.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. I spent a lot of money on this dishwasher. When it arrived it was dented, so I had to wait four weeks for a new door to be replaced. They dishwasher has had issues with draining properly and have had to had the appliance repair man out multiple times. It is very glitchy and won™™t drain properly if certain buttons get pressed. It also causes our can lights to flicker in the living room while running. I think it cleans very well, but I am so disappointed with this purchase.

The dishwasher is great! Cleans and dries very well. My only caveat is that the adjustable top rack does not adjust very much from one level to the next and my 32 oz stainless steel cups do not fit on the top rack on any level. This is something I wish I had known because it is bothersome to have to put alot of the cups on the bottom rack where the plates and bowls are and it's sometimes hard to fit all the dishes in one load.

We got this as part of a full kitchen remodel We love the look, and it gets the dishes wonderfully clean...but the thing we like the most is how amazingly QUIET it is! It's almost silent - so much so, that we have to literally get right up next to it to be sure it's even running. What a terrific upgrade from our 20 year old unit!
